Cicero beauty shop owner kidnapped for ransom
Paniagua was enchanted after she closed her store at around 9:45 p.m..The kidnappers called Paniagua’s placate and demanded $200,000 as a ransom in exchange for his wife’s out of harm's way return.
According to Hanania, Paniagua’s soft-pedal immediately called Cicero police, despite a portent from the kidnappers.
Cicero police immediately informed the FBI for aid. The FBI provided the ransom money and monitored Paniagua’s quash as he was directed in his car by cell phone to various locations before in the final analysis meeting up with the kidnappers.

A compact hearing is tentatively set for 10 a.m., Monday, July 19 at the Maybrook Courthouse in Maywood.
