How to create your own at home spa treatments
Honey Facial Cleanser
Occupied for centuries in skincare for its antimicrobial properties, honey not only helps to bring to a halt breakouts but it also softens the skin. You will need 1/4 cup of honey, 1 tablespoon fluent soap (any mild liquid soap will work except dishwashing limpid as it contains detergent and is harsh on your skin), and 1/2 cup glycerine. Associate these three ingredients in a bowl until fully blended. Pour the cleanser into a nerve for easy dispensing. To use, gently apply on your face using a undefiled sponge or soft cloth, then wash away with over water and pat your skin dry.
Honey Oatmeal Facial Scrub
In this means, honey is used to bind the buttermilk and oatmeal together to manifestation a scrub mixture. Buttermilk moisturizes and hydrates, while the oatmeal absorbs overflow oil and exfoliates. You will need 1/4 cup buttermilk, 1/2 cup oatmeal and 2 tablespoons of honey. First, pounding or grind the oatmeal in a food processor. The consistency of the oatmeal depends on whether you are making a regularly or weekly scrub – daily scrubs should utilize very powdery oatmeal, whereas weekly or monthly scrubs have a coarser consistency. Stir the buttermilk and honey together in a basin, then add the ground oatmeal, mixing well until a smooth paste forms. To use, do to your face after cleansing, then rinse off well with warm water.
