Spa cop nabs larceny suspect
SARATOGA SPRINGS - A city police government agent grabbed a bank robbery suspect less than 50-yards from the raise door of the bank and within minutes.
Justin Dingman, 26, of Janitor Corners was arrested just before 1:30PM Tuesday afternoon facing the Saratoga National Bank at 91 West Avenue, said Lt. Gregory Veitch.
According to The cops, Dingman went into the bank and handed a note to one of the tellers nagging cash and claiming to have a weapon, but no one saw one. Dingman then ran off with an undetermined amount of notes before Officer Justin Ahigian caught him, police said. They did not find a weapon.
Cop Ahigian was in the area and got there within three minutes of the 1:17PM alert. Patrol say he actually saw Dingman running from the rear of the bank.
Oil Rises to Three-Week High as Equities Gain, Inventories Fall

“Sentiment suddenly improved yesterday with U.S. equities,” said Hannes Loacker, an analyst at Raiffeisen Zentralbank Oesterreich in Vienna. “Inclusive product demand is quite healthy, up 5 percent in the U.S. from last year’s levels, but there is still a lot of uncertainty with what will go on in the U.S. and in China in the second half.”
The August agree expired in New York yesterday, up 90 cents at $77.44 a barrel, the highest ordinary settlement since June 28. The Stoxx Europe 600 Guide rose 1.9 percent to 250.9 at 1:24 p.m. in London.
